Pulse Healthcare Solutions was founded by a healthcare executive with over 23 years of experience in the healthcare sector and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). With exposure to healthcare system development across Dubai and the wider region, and experience working alongside major consulting teams from Australia, the United States, and the Middle East, the founder brings a system-level understanding of quality, governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational performance.
